My career began as a graphic designer, retoucher and production artist in Chicago, IL. I loved helping produce great work and being part of a creative team. I had the opportunity to move to Orange County, CA to lead studio production on the Taco Bell Account at Wunderman. It was here I made my first move into management. Ultimately, this led to my passion for creative Production and Operations.

I have an entrepreneurial mentality combined with the ability to find creative ways to generate new revenue streams and grow profitability. As VP of Studio Production at Innocean USA, I grew the print, digital, content, CG and post production business an average of 14% YOY for 10 years.  Our growth outpaced our space and I’m most proud of designing and overseeing construction of a 2,500 square foot post-production facility. Our team revenue nearly doubled in the first year from $3.3M to $6M.

Being the leader of several production studios got me heavily involved in IT.  I have managed multiple IT project budgets and timelines, giving me a handle on the breadth and interconnectedness of all parts of creative workflow. I am constantly striving to stay on the cutting edge of industry technology and trends. This technical expertise allows me to streamline internal processes with hardware and software solutions, supporting efficient production and delivery of great creative work - all while saving on IT costs. 

I welcome the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty. It can be extremely therapeutic to get back to my roots. Nothing keeps me more in-tune with the work and the teams I am leading than actually being down in the trenches with them. It is something I pride myself on and look forward to continuing in the future.
